Thanks, that makes sense.
I have no clue on anything concerning how to do it…but anyone who does feel free to answer: how much work would it be to create a mod or something that would just sharpen up or completely upgrade the resolution of the cockpit text?
Why not inquire with Marwhan himself on FlightFX? They have a Discord Channel for this purpose. He’s been very open and receptive to feedback.
Thank you. I found it, but i would like a paper version.
I hope that the manual will come sooner.
Or you may need to buy some glasses.
Ok folks - let’s not directly engage each other in a non-compliant manner. Be respectful, relevant, informative, constructive. Last call.
With this plane if I have my plan all programmed in, Set up VNAV, all working…do I have to Activate the approach I have chosen when loading the plan, I enter the plan manually as I get better results and I pick my approach. Do I have to activate it or will it do itself.
Many thanks for the help.
No, and this plane would need it more than any other (because many labels and text fonts are very small)!!!
Can someone tell me if the aircraft.cfg file for this HondaJet is encrypted, as is the case with the Aerosoft CRJ series?
All aircraft.cfg files from the marketplace are encrypted
Whats the blue half circle on the middle monitor that occasionally pules towards your aircraft on the monitor
Oh, the “banana,” that’s the projected line where you will be at the preselected altitude.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong. Each time I try to take off I go to 61 knots after which the plane does a front flip and I crash…
Flight model set to modern in the MSFS settings? All controllers working fine?
That fixed it - flight model was set to legacy for some reason.
I’m having the same issue as well. Looking through this thread to try to find an answer as well.
Has anyone else noticed a conflict between the HJet’s G3000 and the standalone WT G3000? I was having horrible stuttering, even after I made sure the latest version was installed, but when I tried removing it from the Community folder, the stutters were gone and it felt more wonderful and easy to fly than ever. Wish I didn’t have to do it though, because I’d still like to use the WT on the Longitude and TBM.
The Hjet top speed is supposed to be 450 kts, but I am at over speed at 270 kts. I don’t understand this.
Also, what is the rotate speed for take off?
Preformatted textThere are two kinds of airspeed used - Indicated Airspeed is the one we’re most used to - now, essentially Indicated Airspeed (IAS) is the speed that is shown on the airspeed indicator. It isnt corrected for variations in atmospheric density, instrument errors, or installation errors. It doesn’t usually vary with altitude or temperature. True Airspeed (TAS) is the actual speed of an aircraft as it travels through the air.
Now the Hjet top cruise speed is 422Kts TAS - at altitude you will see a much lower indicated Airspeed. I was cruising at FL 390 this morning and my IAS was 215Kts but my TAS was 406Kts ( which was close to my speed over the ground)
Rotate speed Vr for the Hjet varies depending on weight but 115-120kts will normally work fine.
If you search online - and I’m sure the links have already been posted multiple times in the forum, there’s a Pilots Operating Manual and an Airplane Flight Manual that contain all the information you need to know on typical flying procedures (POM) and performance charts (AFM)
Hope this is helpful.
Second @Stendec341 is writing here, please have a look here and learn a bit about the type of airspeed:
