Xbox or PC? I’m on PC and have done half dozen flights and haven’t seen it go white yet.

Only did a quick circuit but it was white once I hovered my mouse over it. Series X

PC. Updated via marketplace last week. Thing goes white if you look at it funny. Like most of the time before the batteries even come on. Seems to behave very temperamentally.
Everything else has been great. I’ve had such a nice time learning and flying this plane again 
but I’d love to sort out that handy checklist issue.

I have noticed a few issues with V2 on xbox.
(I am on xbox series s)
The weather radar doesn’t work
The modern FMS doesn’t work
Tablet home button stops working after awhile.
Im sure i will find more issues with 146, but until then i will enjoy the elevator music.

Yes, i know , i was merely highlighting the manual page and efb tab for conditions for deployment, no where did I mention auto deployment

Because he asked if he missed something because they didn’t deploy automatically and you asked if the engines where in ground idle.
And Because the conditions would if course also need to be met if the lever was pulled manually…
I wasn’t answering his question about auto deployment , i just showed the manual page showing conditions for ground spoiler deployment, again, i did not mention auto deployment.
Basically i was saying R.T.F.M

Yea, that’s what I wanted. Finally meeting the conditions for auto deploy which till now I though I was. Thank you. I will try in and let you guys know in case someone else has this problem too.
Yup, a very bright white. Same in VR too.
Auto ground idle checked on EFB. Air brake off. On flare throttles all the way to zero. On touch down green and yellow spoilers still not deploying.
As per SchimmelBonbon0 it looks to me there is no auto spoilers. What confused me and still is confusing me is why is there a section in manual specifically dedicated to auto spoilers?
Unless of course I am wrong (and so is SchimmelBonbon0 
) and I am still doing something wrong
In order to deploy the spoilers (manually) you must not pull the lever all the way back. The last few millimeters or whatever units are needed AFTER touchdown when the engines are in ground idle. If you pull the spoiler lever all the way back you have to move it forward and then backward after touchdown to make the spoilers deploy . I think thats what your problem is. Took my quite a while to figure it out myself…

Which section you mean. Did you read the manual from Quality Wings? Bcs this manual is refering to the Avro jet that has automatic lift spoilers

In the justflight manual the term “auto spoilers” isn’t mentioned even once.
“Spoilers will deploy…” refers to manual deployment (if all conditions are met) and does NOT imply auto deployment. But I get why one could think that …
As in “the spoilers will deploy when pulling the lever IF the plane is weight on wheels an engines are in ground idle!”
On approach you have to pull the lever to fully open the speedbrake and after touchdown and engines in ground idle you have to pull it even further to extend the spoilers.
I hope the confusion is now total

I noticed on the V2 update for Xbox the tiller steering doesn’t work with rudder but works fine on its own tiller axis when either option is selected on the settings on the efb.

Thank you for this. I read it so many times and never took the proper notice of the mention of spoiler lever being the primary way of spoiler selection. Thank you. Maybe some others were in the same boat and this cleared it up for them too. Unless I am the only one prone to so much confusion. Which is very possible

Also while the manual is very complete it lacks A LOT in describing certain systems in enough detail…
OK, one more question about the V2 update. I heard there is a way to add custom music for boarding. Is this true? If so where do I find the music files and are there any trick to it? I have Steam version of MSFS
