This is, unfortunately, due to the Console memory management issues introduced with SU5. Asobo is working on an update to address this problem: PS5 & Xbox: Memory management completely broken after SU5
It’s a widespread MSFS issue, affecting nearly all aircraft. However, a Beta version of the new update has been recently made available, which you can opt into, and greatly improves the experience while the update is officially released.
