Yeah. This very much sounds like a button or something that got triggered without you knowing it. Never come across this.
Ehhā¦ so are we. LOL. A few things got in the way.
Basically my process. Itās just that little guess as to where to have the throttle physically positioned.
I flew the same flight plan with the G3000 AA1 on the TBM 930. I forgot to hit the direct to for a bit and diverted a little to the north. The new G3000 is so much better! But itās so different I didnāt feel like I was flying the same flight plan.
But as you can see here, no odd deviations.
Looks nice in the photos. Next youāll need to make the blimp!
Eh, thats cool, some developers talk bugs here, if theyre good, theyll listen to everyone on most forums. Ive drawn ire on AVSIM, its ok to do so, Im opinionated. Why is it a no no to talk dev? The Development community is the basis of MSFS and why it is still around after 40 years! I started on FS 2.0 here on an apple IIe (monochrome green) in 1983 ish. I designed airplanes on FS 4.0 when they had that feature (anybody remember that, I think it was 4.0??). And developed scenery and liveries and rudimentary xml gauges for fs9 and fsX. I even pursued an aero engineering degree in (a very small) part due to FS through the years as a kid. Anyone been around longer ? I have always done freeware, so not a dev per se. Unfortunately with msfs they killed some of thatā¦ Similarly to why Ms Flight was a flop. You leave the dev community out of the picture and you have no game.
Anyway, the Vision just improves on some of the things that were a bit hard to use on the Hjet, yet the framerate studders were on hjet, and then the very dedicated dev fixed them. Hopefully its the same prob. Noticed today that clouds affect the stutters too, thought that prob was fixed wih msfs, as that was a huge frame hit on fsx.
Is there some way to change the focus pane when running the display in split mode? I have been using the split window between the GPS map and the Navigraph approach chart for whatever airport Iām landing at. But I can never seem to get the focus on the chart side so I can zoom in and see the approach altitudes on the chart.
The focus always seems to be on the GPS map side of the split screen. Iām pretty sure I have pressed every button on the mini screens to try and switch focus. I must be missing something.
-Thanks
Itās the Outer knob on the top right of the screen bezel.
@L0rd8r1t1sh This is why.
thats the part thats actually done.
The other issue is that there are hundreds of forums and everyone wants us to talk in all of them.
Wondeful aircraft! My only regret I did not pick it up sooner. Too many stuff in my hangar but I can see this one sticking with me for a while!
The cockpit visibility you just canāt beat that!
Ah thanks very much. I could have sworn i messed with that knob. But I might have thought it was going to start adjusting the radios or something. Thanks again.
Speaking of knobs, does anyone else have an issue with the auto throttle manual wheel moving in the wrong direction? In VR, I do a click hold, so I can see the PFD display and then roll with my mouse scroll wheel. But sometimes it spins the wrong direction.
Cirrus interiors in general donāt translate over really well for VR sim usage. They do make sense for real world ergonomics.
I donāt use VR, but even on a monitor at certain zoom levels the click spots can become distorted and moved away from the object they relate to by a surprising amount in some cases. This was also true in FSX and FS2004 VCās and it seems to have carried over into MSFS - itās never the GOOD features, is it?
Lens Correction might be on.
next update. for now use the key bindings on your keyboard.
I bought the plane today and itās superb. I can see this being my most used aircraft.
I have a couple of questions.
1, Is there a control for PFD and MFD screen brightness.
2, On Xbox I enabled traffic on the MFD map, but traffic then disengaged itself almost right away. Is there something Iām doing wrong.
Thanks in advance.
Next patch will force TAS to remain ON as it seems to be an issue with the legacy G3000 the jet is baselined with.
There is a brightness control in the Utilities menu of the MFD that should affect every glass display, but chances are itās already 100 percent by default (it has been everytime Iāve gone in).
Is this aircraft coming to orbx or is it marketplace exclusive?
