I try to reload my Crj 550/700 from Marketplace. The plane doesn’t download it just says it’s pending. I let it sit for an hour and it never download. What can I do?
I had the same problem, along with an Error 3 code. I finally just logged out, closed the sim, restarted the computer and then started the sim and logged back it. It did finally work.

For the .12 update I had to delete the CRJ from the content manager and re-download the whole thing. This was after I made a copy of its folder from the OneStore folder just in case.
I would delete. Reboot. Make sure the folder is gone out of the OneStore folder. Then try and download again.
