I’m attempting to remove only large pushback trucks from my airport without success. I was able to remove them by copying your service.xml (thank you for that), but it also removes all pushbacks from every airport, and actually spawns a white pushback at only the airport I’m trying to modify. Is this expected?
The path origin is: my-airport(nospaces)\AirportServices\ICAO\Services.xml
I’ve tried placing the services.xml into PackageSources\AirportServices\ICAO\Services.xml and also renaming the xml to my_icao_Services.xml with no difference.
This creates an spb file in the built package as expected and always includes the spb in the layout.json file. There are no errors in the package when compiling.
Basically, no matter what I do the parking spot size always determines the type of ground services regardless of what I have in the services xml, or it removes the pushback from all airports once the pushback script is removed from services.xml
- Can I have a medium parking spot (only GPU and Fuel) and add a Marshaller, Stairs, Baggage, & Catering into services.xml for only 1 airport?
- Can I have a large parking spot and only remove the large pushback truck?
- Is it possible to have the pushback spawn 5km+ away so it is not seen? The distance settings in the service file don’t seem to do anything either.
Also, in our packagedefinitions xml under asset groups, is this supposed to be a service or an spb? Above in this thread, we are listing it as a service, yet in the latest SDK Airport Services sample, it is listed as an SPB. I’ve tried both and both seem to create an spb, so I doubt this really matters. Just wondering what you are all doing here.
