Removing, Deleting or Moving Waypoints!

I have just planned a large trip around the UK. Unfortunately the “live weather” was wrong (surprise, surprise!) So I saved it, via load/save. When i rebooted the sim, and loaded my previously detailed flight plan. Several of the waypoints had changed! Including arrival and departure. When i try to revert back to my previous plan, by changing those waypoints, the whole flight plan changes! Ffs!

How can you move or change or delete waypoints without it affecting your entire flight plan? Yes you can use ‘add’ but that doesn’t always work. Sometimes causing the fpl to strangely loop back in on itself or worse. For a lot of waypoints there is no ‘delete’ option either. I really do not want to be forced to use 3rd party software for this, but it’s beginning to look like it maybe a necessity.

Save only saves the state of the plane , not any flightplans and or autopilot settings.

there are some bugs that need to be solved so we all wait for that.

Hi from Austria!
I think I have the same problem:

waypoints I setted some weeks ago suddenly you see in the mainwindow.
I cannot delete it.

Hoping to see something with a newer date on this issue: Creating a flight plan using the World Map and added a VORTAC waypoint. However, instead of adding it at the end if the route, it was put in the middle and out of place. How do you move a waypoint? You can do it in Navigraph but I cannot find a way in the MSFS program.
