Reno Air Races - "Race" Tile is Grayed Out

I have purchased the Reno Air Races: Full Collection and have it installed.

There are three tiles to choose from in the Reno selection screen.
The middle tile, which is “Race”, is grayed out (The other two tiles work correctly).

Is anyone else having this issue? I’m hoping someone has solved it and can share your solution.
