I was boasting how this new patch cleared all the stutters in a QQ group, a friend told me he some how still have stutter after the update. Then he posted the location and asked me to try it out.
I jumped into A320 and takeoff from runway 06 RPLL heading northeast , every thing was perfectly fine until 2 mins later the frame rate started to drop. I then tried the CRJ and the frame dropped around the same area.
I checked my task manager, the GPU load is around 30%, which is significant lower than usual.
However this area is not as bad as 76T, I can still manage to get 10+ fps on my mediocre system. So I guess its a win.
