If you have that mod you gonna get CTD.

Wow, Hotfix is out, installed…and see still same CTD’s !!! Wow Microsoft !
Get rid of FBW.
Still CTD after patch update 1.18.14 and frozen controls (joystick, rudder, TCA) trying with A320 neo and fbw stable and develop after 5 minutes free flying.
The only thing has changed if frozen controls, hitting ESC and back to the fly the controls are back !
No community folder is empty
FBW isn’t in community folder. It’s gonna be in the content manager only, cause you download it in marketplace (It’s a free mod).
Unless, of course, you never even downloaded it at all.
After hotfix I still suffer from the same problem. CTD after a few minutes of flight.
- No mods in community folder
- No traffic AI
- No addon installed through in game store
With the SU5 it only ctd’d me after I pushed Fly-button. Then it started to ctd me in the world map.
Now with the hotfix it seems to ctd even faster in the world map.
C’mon Asobo and MS! People have paid a good money to you guys and you keep delivering us carbage like this? It’s beginning to look like you’re just milking money out of us with unplayable sim.
Test your updates with different hardware and when you get it to work on → you are ready to publish it.
If the update isn’t ready by the date you’ve announced, don’t force us to download a update that makes the game unplayable or at least give us an option to remain in the older and working version.
We paid you our money, now give us the sim you hyped about so much back!

Well, they’ve promised faster loading times, they didn’t say it’s not gonna be CTD LOADING TIMES.
Still getting CTD after the hotfix in exactly the same situation as before. Guess we’ll be waiting for SU6…

So did the hotfix helped anyone at all?
It seems to have fixed my problems, no freezing and no CTD’s from DFW to MIA with live traffic on. Only 1 flight so far so time will tell…
Well, the good news is that it doesn’t seem to CTD in the World Map any more. The bad news is that it now waits until I press ‘Fly’ before the music starts to stutter and it CTDs me out again. Every single time.
I’ve not managed to get a flight in since the ‘update’ first appeared.
This is starting to get very old.
I had not CTD before this big update. Now, CTD appear 4 ou 5 times today, even with the last patch !
Performance is better, yes, but I would like to be sure that I will be able to land after take-off. Very disappointing.
How are you guys getting this last update? My MS store only shows the already installed 1.18.13.0 and when I start FS2020 it checks for updates but doesn’t find any (it gets to main menu and then CTD)
Just installed the fix to the CTD issues. Guess what, 3 mins into my first flight another CTD. So much for the Hot Fix Asobo.
