No it is not a bug . You can choose the behaviour!
If you want (and i reccomend it ) choose your preferred Recorded file name , you must go into FCR option and UNCHECK “CHOOSE DEFAULT FILE PATH FOR RECORDED FLIGHT”.
If you want record with an automatically generated filename CHECK “CHOOSE DEFAULT FILE PATH FOR RECORDED FLIGHT” and choose your preferred path . Remember choose a folder where you have admin rights obviously.
