Reprogram Hat Switch Views?

Is there any way to reprogram the hat switch views.
Works fine on some planes, but on many others this thing is looking in the completely wrong direction.
For example, in the X-Cub, If I try and look forward/right the camera looks back/left…

Edit: I am using the Quickswitch camera view in the Sim.

Create new controller profile for your stick and program the views for each direction on the hat switch to correspond however you like.

Did that when I first installed the sim.
I also made sure that the hat switch command is not tied to any other settings.

Well then you already know what to do. The only “trick” (which isn’t, really) is just to create a new stick profile and give it a unique name. Then program the hat switch directions to correspond to the views you want for that particular plane.

When that is the case, you are probably being influenced by a conflict with another addon.
Those commands are universal and do not change with aircraft.
I tried the xcub, just to confirm, and mine works as expected.

You have to edit the camera.cfg files

That’s odd, as I don’t use any addons.
I would expect that the commands are universal too.

What commands did you use to program the hat with?
Here is what I used (see the POV commands)

I used the Quickiew settings, so the POV returns to front, when I release the hat switch.

Try resetting it to the same as mine.
It may be the quickview setting.
