Request: an opinion for VR using my laptop

Hi there,
These are my specs:
I7 6700HQ @2.6 Ghz;
32 GB ram;
GTX 980 M.

Using the simulator normally with medium/high settings,I can stay around 30/35 FPS.

Is there any VR setup that in your opinion can be used with my old piece of junk?

I’m running a Laptop Nitro i5 with 8 GB ram and RTX 2060 6GB ram Nvidia with Oculus quest 2 VR works but isnt stutter free. Im getting 18-30 FPS which goes up and down but still awesome.

My main purpose is to check the model once finished,not a really “enjoy the flight” purpose.
Since the community is moving faster in VR direction,as developers we need to update.
