Requesting IFR clearance from ATC, ground power shuts off

Whenever I request IFR clearance from ATC, my ground power shuts off and so are my electricals unless I have the APU running. I cannot contact ATC but they can contact me and eventually cancel my flt pln. Also, aircraft refuse to follow the flight plan. Is anyone else having these problems?

I’ve deleted all other 3rd party addons and use only the original A320
