Just happened to me in Saab in Career mode. This should be an easy fix. Also noticed the copilot once said “passengers are complaining about turbulence” and we had not even started taxi process.

In the Career Mode of MSFS 2024 I fly the Asobo 737 Max.
In the judgement at the end of the flight, I got 0 (“zero”) points for the “Respect of the condition of the aircraft”. But in the Aviator Performances, there is no such massive problems listed which would justify a ZERO rating in this field. Only minor issues are listed …
So I think this should be a bug in MSFS, which needs to be fixed?
Yes, I had it too in 737. It is not possible to have 0% unless you crash.
To get score for “Respect of the condition of the aircraft”, donn’t skip any of ground precidures befor takeof.

I wonder somebody from the MSFS dev team could comment on it? Is this something which will be fixed?
Issue still persists in SU4.
As a reminder, the way to get the credit is to enter the aircraft initially, and then you can skip to Taxi.
I’ve had to skip to taxi a fair few times due to missions failing when boarding in the a330, mostly do this once in cockpit and always get score. Today I didn’t and I got zero so i think as above skip to taxi once inside aircraft if you fear it’ll fail mission due to lack of a airbridge seems to work
I can also confirm having a air bridge on stand doesn’t always guarantee correct boarding I had one line up between doors and it failed so now I toggle airbride and see where it lines up before requesting boarding.
They really need to solve this asap surely it can’t be that hard to either remove the mission failure feature for this so we can still set up properly or add stairs to every mission so we can board.
Roll on heavy cargo so we don’t have to board passengers

No, I read about the workaround after I posted that. But this bug is not fixed. it actually ruins the experience of all the new players who progressed to this point in career.
Pretty sure this is a bug (Career mode 737 Max).
Have been playing the same way for over a year , skipping to taxi but playing everything else real time, full flight. Fine tuned my play over that year to maximize income and now the behavior has changed. Getting “0%” all the time on the “Condition of the Aircraft” end of flight summary 100% of the time no matter how careful i am.
