My hp reverb g2 keeps going to sleep while im flying. Thus I can’t see until i wake it. Why and can i do to stop it? Im wearing the headset while this happens. Very disconcerting when it happens while you are landing.
I think I had this problem some time ago but i don’t remember exactly what I did. I did find this though…
- Open Windows Mixed Reality Portal
- In the bottom left corner click on “See more” →
“Settings” - Inside the settings click on “Headset display”
- Scroll down until “Sleep timeout”
- Select “Never”
Just don’t set it down and leave it on a static screen for a long period of time because if I remember what I read correctly, the image can burn in or something similar.
