Watching all your reviews I have to say they’re on point. Especially since there are many developers like Roman Design or Bijan coming into the addon market, how about you also add a little section to your reviews rating overall ‘customer support’ (you know, activity in the community, willingness to fix bugs, listening to suggestions, being friendly etc) . I think that is a huge distinction between the devs.

That’s not a bad idea, but I just don’t know the answer in most cases. Nine times out of ten, I download the product, install it, and that’s it. I don’t have a huge amount of interaction with the developers and, when I do, it’s usually because they know I’m reviewing their product so I’m unlikely to get a fair impression of their customer service.
