I’ve a little issue with the game (or is it me). I bought yesterday the MSFS Premium version (119,99€), but it seems like I’ve only the standard version installed. Only 20 aircrafts showed up. I’ve restarted the game and computer multiple times but nothing’s changing. The microsoft store confirms that I have the Premium version. However, in the in-game store I see the upgrades available, like I don’t own the Premium one (no owned add ons in the market place). What can I do to correct this? (Can’t find the manual)

There’s an Installation and Bugs megathread in the forum which contains some tips to try, but failing that you may need to lock a ticket with the Zendesk (link is at the top of the forum)

Thank you for your quick answers, I had a look in the forum, but couldn’t find any relevant information. Guess I gave up too fast. Anyway, I’ll wait and look at other posts in the forum… If nothing changes tomorrow, I’ll ask for support via Zendesk. Thank you to both you!
