Brief description of the issue:PAJN to PASI. RNav not engaging in Autopilot. When I land manually and on runway atc says I am 2 miles from the airport.

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:IFR from Pajn to Pasi. RNav does not engage in auto pilot at 2500 feet as expected and have to fly manually to runway.
