Rolling Cache settings don’t save
Description of the issue: Upon updating settings for rolling cache, either size or location, the setting changes do not apply. Instead, they default over to the settings on my laptop. I believe the fact I play on two different hardware platforms (PC and a Laptop) is why this issue persists.
[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue? Yes I have.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Launch game on a separate platform
- Make a setting change to cache
- Leave game
- Install and sign in on another platform
- Go to settings
- Cache location defaults to old platforms location
- Rolling Cache settings can not be changed
