How do I request a different airport in flight in an IFR flight? I only see vector to next waypoint and requesting flight level changes.

Well that is no good. Would think that would be a pretty requirement for a IFR.
You can kinda do it. If you physically change the airport in the fmc it should give you the new option of getting a new clearance (it will do this with any change. Changing the approach or even using direct to should bring up this new button). The problem lies in the relative inability to change flight plans while in the sky. There’s currently no way of deleting waypoints in any of the standard jets and I think its pretty wonky in the g1/3000 planes.
I tried doing nearest airport and direct to and it wanted to go to some random waypoint and when I went to click waypoint, I never got the box to change. I was in the longitude. I just flew off the display map.
