RP Simulations Tucano Breaks Legacy G3X Equipped Aircraft

Brief description of the issue:
When the RP Simulations Tucano is installed, 3rd party aircraft (from Marketplace) equipped with the legacy (not WTT) G3X are broken as in the com radios are off the top of the screen and also split view is blocked by the pop up menu.

I’ve seen the issue in a number of aircraft, may affect others:

  • Orbx Blackwing (Orbx Store)
  • GotFriends Vertigo (Marketplace)
  • GotFriends MonsterNX (Marketplace)
  • GotFriends Experimental MXA (Marketplace)
  • Iris LongEz G3X (Marketplace)
  • YSIM Subsonex JSX-2 G3X (simmarket)

Asobo aircraft with the updated G3X are unaffected (e.g. NXCub VL-3)

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

  • Install the Tucano from Marketplace/Content Manager
  • Restart Simulator
  • Start a flight in one of the listed affected aircraft, examples (also available from Marketplace)
    • GotFriends Velocity
    • Orbx BlackWing
  • Power up Avionics
  • Notice that Avionics are partly shown of the screen.

Remove the Tucano to restore expected behaviour

Not 100% sure but definitely after SU15 (1.37.19.0)

Issues has been raised directly with the developer via email and on their discord but as yet no response.

Received response from the devs on their discord today so I remain positive this can get resolved.

Over a month and still no confirmation of bug from the developer.

I provided clear details on how this can be confirmed using other freely available aircraft but as yet no response.

This is not a good impression of RPSimulations at the moment, so currently very reluctant to purchase a 2nd aircraft from them (if one were available)

I would urge others to avoid the Tucano for the time being until the dev responds with a fix.

I have asked the developer if they could give me the unencrypted version of the aircraft so i can use the dev tools to troubleshoot myself. We will how that goes.

We are happy to annouce that one Update for the Tucano is on the way, and It with Microsoft right now. So after their schedule and publish procedures It will be available to download.
We appreciate the patience, and we hope that this update,fix these odd behavior that happened since the last update.

Very happy to confirm that the glass cockpit is no longer broken in the Blackwing and Vertigo when the Tucano is installed.
