RTX 2060 Super with Ryzen 7 3700X | Quest 2 | 20 FPS over cities | 27-29 FPS over rural areas --- PLEASE HELP!

I have a Ryzen 7 3700X and RTX 2060 Super, and I am only managing to get 20 FPS over cities and 27-29 FPS over rural areas. Do you think this is just the limit of my system?

seems not so bad, i get 22/25 fps with Ryzen 5 2600X, RTX3070

Thanks for the tip. I’m running RTX 2060 and set to high instead of ultra. Runs 22 fps on average for the first 5 -10 minutes and then significant drop to 9 fps after. Any idea why?

I figured it out. Every time I take the headset off I have to shut down the steamVR app or else it tries to double up the process when I put the headset back on. Also I figured out how to run Virtual Desktop wirelessly. Definitely more stable than OC link.
