If your setup is correct the differential braking scale shouldn’t make any difference, because applying rudder shouldn’t apply any braking at the same time!
A basic control problem happens with all pedals where you can’t put the heels on the floor.
Same IRL, much finer control possible if can keep the heels on the floor compared to steering with the whole feet on the pedals.
