For PC Users if your having taxi rudder issues you need to delete or install:
FSUIPC (Flight Simulation Universal Interface for PC)
update it here:
http://www.fsuipc.com/
For Xbox Users:
There is no solution as of yet. Asobo is aware of this bug.
