Is anyone running Flight Simulator 2020 in 8K Ultra on a 3090?
You’d have to spend nearly $4K (US) on a monitor to do it.

I’ve got enough rig to run it, but I’ll wait for the monitor cost to come down to 1/2 what it is now. I get great graphics performance now and the return on investment just isn’t there yet.
I was 4K on the XBox with an XBox Series X. When I converted to PC, I bought myself an Ultrawide+ monitor. I ruined myself. The field of vision I get with an Ultrawide now, I have gotten so used to it. Not even just Flight Simulator but all games now. I tried playing something on my XBox a few days ago, and I just can’t do the smaller field of view anymore.
There is 8K for 16:9 aspect ratio, but there isn’t any other specification for a higher resolution of Ultrawide+, so it would be a number of years before I though of upgrading.
