As this isn’t a bug but rather how MSFS is currently designed, what you are asking for is a change.
There is a wishlist for requesting this located here: #self-service:wishlist
We ask that only one wish per topic be created without duplicating any existing wishes.
Example: One for runway lighting another for runway markings. Assure you search the wishlist prior to posting.
