After installing Sim Update 5 my end of runway flashing lights, one each side and the sequenced towards the runway all look like giant white flashing golf balls now. Wasn’t like this before update.

Have your bloom settings changed? If you go to General Options > Graphics, and you turn Bloom off, are they still messed up?
