The first thing that you should try is to remove any mod’s that you may have in the community folder and restart the simulator. If that fixes your problem then you can add them back, one by one and test after each one until you find the one causing this.

All of them? Or just certain ones? From your photo, it looks like Photogrammetry isn’t on.
Check your DATA options in MSFS and assure Photogrammetry is on as well as Bing World Data.
If you use Rolling Cache, clear it so it starts fresh again.

Then it has to be those data settings. What you can also try is toggling it ON-OFF-ON (sometimes those toggles don’t register). Then Apply & Save. Then exit MSFS. Then Relaunch. Also, don’t forget to clear your Rolling Cache if you have it ON. If you have any manually downloaded areas, delete those.
