What do we think…
RYZEN 5 5600X or RYZEN 9 5900X???
I can afford both in my budget, but would save some money etc… on the 5600x, I am also going to try pairing it with a 6800XT
Depends on what you’ll be doing with the system. If you’re only going to be gaming, then the 5600X is the best choice.
If you’re also going to do productivity work (rendering etc) on it, then the 5900X is the better one to go with.

Sinking? Playing world of warships? 
Assuming you mean ‘simming’, then yes, I would stick with the 5600X. Will give you some more money for more/faster RAM (heard the Zen3 chips do really well with 3.8-4GHz memory) and a nice larger M.2 NVME SSD (PCIE4.0 even maybe).
Should play really nicely with a 6800XT.
