S64 Aircrane in career becomes extremely difficult or impossible to control after resuming from ESC menu

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

In career mode especially, when flying a mission for sling-load cargo with the Erickson S-64F Aircrane, if you use ESC to pause the game while in flight, when you return to flight, the helicopter starts oscillating/bouncing with rapid torque/collective adjustments that are uncontrollable by the user. You can still manage to fly somewhat, but it is impossible to descend properly or land. In fact, it becomes almost un-crashable as even user inputs appear to be “fought” by some sort of invisible autopilot, preventing the helicopter from doing what YOU the user wants it to do.

**Note that this is NOT the same as the issue where helicopters are bouncing in the hangar at the start of missions, causing immediate crash or failure. This is related to helicopters that successfully get airborne, and then bounce/oscillate after using the ESC menu. **

If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:

I have tested it repeatedly with the Erickson S64F Skycrane during “Employee” cargo sling-load missions. It is repeatable with 100% consistency.

I have had the issue happen once with the CH47 Chinook but have not been able to replicate it as consistently. The Aircrane is 100% consistent in this issue.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
All mods/add-ons removed. Still experiencing the issue.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

100% consistency, every time.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Start a mission that requires the Aircrane
  2. Startup, and get airborne.
  3. After you have taken flight for a couple of seconds or a minute, use ESC to pause the game.
  4. Unpause the game using ESC.
  5. Notice that your helicopter is now oscillating/bouncing and is being ghost-piloted somehow.
