What about the marketplace in MSFS2024?
Unfortunately, the files just require a small change in aircraft.cfg folder to make the default sounds work. Which I can not do separately for both marketplaces while telling the content portal that its the same product. This would result in dual separate purchases which isn’t justified considering the detail of this project. I will try to get another file uploaded and see if I can get something done like the ATR team. So 2020 purchase automatically guarantees 2024 product as well.

open the aircraft.cfg file in notepad
Under [FLIGHTSIM.X] sections
Replace
sound=“…\Asobo_C172SP_AS1000\sound”
with
sound=“…\asobo_c172sp_g1000\common\sound”

The Marketplace encryption hides the aircraft.cfg. It’s not editable for people who buy from there.
I saw that it’s also on sale for Xbox on FS2020; does anyone know if it’s compatible with FS2024? Thanks.
It would not have the sounds. Trying to get some recorded with the real thing…
