Saitek Throttle Quadrant Thrust Reverse

Hey Guys!
I have another problem. I have the Saitek Throttle Quadrant and want to Set Up the thrust reverse. I Set it Up to ,Z" but it doesn’t work.

I have been successful in reversers working with the Z button on Saitek throttle by setting Z button to “THROTTLE DECREASE”. It essentially continually tries to decrease the throttle. No need to mess about with the reverser labels, they never worked correctly for me, anyway.
