Hello everyone, I use the x52 Pro for flight simulation (mainly MSFS 2020).
Most of the time it behaves strangely after landing: the aileron wobbles from left to right and I can only get a straight roll by continuously using aileron and rudder.
Does anyone have experience with it? Unfortunately, Logitech support is not actually available.
Just a thought,… All these little ‘quirks’ with this brilliant piece of Kit are usually put to rights with a reinstall of the Saitek Driver Software.

thank you, but I reinstalled and installed the drivers several times. Since Logitech (and no more Saitek) is the supporter, there won’t be anymore help. This wont be the solution. the latest driver version is from 2018, Logitech says, that there is no version for Win 11.
Have you installed a large enough dead zone on your controller?
Please make sure that you’re using the Specific Saitek 52 Pro option and not the Default one.

Thanks for your help, I tried it with different dead zones, but the behaviour occurs only after landing. Maybe it happens because of bad landing? I don’t know.
I use x52 pro too, is already a old one, had to switch because x56 is defective…
I too have such problem, especialy with the twisting joystick (i use as rudder) and I think it is usage on the “contact” potentiometer (or whatever it’s named). more recent they use magnets and these should be more precise and have a longer life…
Thanks for your reply, but I tried it this way very often, sometimes it works, sometimes not. I’m really confused, is it a hardware problem or what ever? (While x52 Pro belongs to Saitek, the support was excellent, but since Logitech ,there’s no support, extremly terrible)
We had a similar issue with our X52 Pro and solved the problem by completely uninstalling the Joystick Drivers and then a reinstall in Safe Mode with a disconnected Internet.. Hope this will do the trick.
ps. We’re using Windows 10.
pps. We just noticed your question regarding Control Options. You should see the X52 Pro listed in the Control Options Section. Click between Default and Saitek X 52 Pro and see if this makes a difference.
Sounds like what I had with mine.
The rudder twister is operated by a potentiometer and became far from accutate after many years of service.
It wasn’t hard to fix after watching this video.
Elevator and aileron controls on the other hand are operated by magnetic sensors and after a while they also became unrelaible and cleaning them did not it .
I ended up with buying a Thrustmaster Hotas M16000 with rudder pedals.
The throttle of this set is horrible and extremely hard to operate , especialy when flying multiplayer sessions.
So I now use the thrustmaster stick and rudderpedals for rudder/aileron/elevator operations and the Saitek throttle for adjusting the throttle.
The Thrustmaster is also in use but only for other functions such as gear, flaps, AP etc.
I don’t blame my Saitek because it was an extremely nice set for almost 15 years.
For some reason ( cannot pinpoint exactly why) I don’t like the Logitech version as shown in the video.
I have the same problem. X52 No Pro. There is the driver support on the Logitech site.
