Brief description of the issue: Saitek X52 control problems

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered: Unable to control Aircraft on ground
PC specs and/or peripheral set up of relevant: Intel i9-11900K, 32GB ram, GeForce RTX3090 24GB, Corsair 2TB Gen 4 SSD.
Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue: Very latest version (Up to date) But had problem before latest update.
Saitek X52 will not control the aircraft steering on the ground. the rudder is juddering all over the place and the aircraft crashes. I have tried the Saitek X52 and also the Default options. The Saitek X52 works fine with AeroFly FS2 and other games/sims. I have not played FS2020 for over 6 weeks because of this control bug. I am so sick of FS2020, I feel like removing it from my PC!
