One thing lots of us have been itching to find out but I haven’t seen the answer to yet…
Can we now, in FS2024, save a game mid flight and reload it with the aircraft maintaining the exact same speed/altitude/direction/flight plan and not junking it? Like we could back in FSX?
I was gonna make a topic about this and probably still will in the WIshlist or Bug Reports.
I noticed in the new EFB, if you dig far enough you can find this option.
with this in mind, this is the same UI popup that is displayed in MSFS 2020 and it even says that you can also Save/Load FLT files however this is not the case as you can only save and load PLN files.
Hopefully they will fix it in a later update, and hopefully its still gonna be a feature and not considered obsolete
I can’t believe they still have a save feature more primitive than there was in FS2004. Unbelievable.

FS2024 is just eye candy until the save game is fixed. There’s not a chance that I’ll buy it until this is properly sorted. Pathetic.
