SBGR runway 09L-27R / 09R-27L to 10L-28R / 10R-28L heading changes update

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?

Have you disabled/removed all your mods and addons?

Brief description of the issue:

Hi, recently the runway heading of SBGR changed officially from 09/27 to 10/28 respectively, due to earth magnetic changes (both L and R runways).
I noticed that it’s not yet updated on flight sim, could you please update it?

Wait for the update as soon as you can,

Regards

That requires an AIRAC update which comes from official sources (i.e., not Microsoft or Asobo).

https://www.icao.int/airnavigation/information-management/Pages/AIRAC.aspx

And it would also require the nation-state that governs the airport in question to provide timely updates to AIRAC on the runway heading changes.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

If you try to do the fly plan beginning at SBGR the runways displayed are 9 and 27 but the correct should be 10 and 28. This change happened at real life and is at Navigraph Data version 2210.

The nav data is updated and correct. The problem is that the simulator is not and still shows old runways hedding and then no chart is showed in FMS to select (IAC, STAR, SID). Microsoft needs to update airport in simulator.

This is the busiest airport in South America and it is everyday in the list of busiest airports from Ivao.
The runways indication has changed so need to be fixed in MSFS.

Brief description of the issue:
Runway identification on MSFS is incorrect and due to that, no chart is listed for selection in FMS systems.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Create a flight from or to SBGR and go to departure or arrival page on FMS. Runways should be 10R/L and 28R/L but they are as it was before update (09 and 27). No charts will be available to be selected.

Hello. It is very frustrating to want to take an international flight to Brazil and not be able to access the air charts from Guarulhos Airport (SBGR). The airport had runway angle change because of Earth’s magnetic declination. Runways 09L/R and 27L/R became 10L/R and 28L/R. Airport navigation data is constantly updated, but the simulator has not yet corrected and does not show approaches.
