Brief description of the issue:

Jetways of Paulo Ricardo’s SBRJ scenery (bought on SimMarket) used to dock correctly (last time I tried it was in early March). They no longer do so - the scenery was not updated in the meantime. I have the problem with the FlybyWire A32NX, but also with the MSFS standard A320 neo. I have tried removing everything from the community folder except the SBRJ scenery, but the problem still persists. I have de-installed GSX completely, and the problem persists. As the screenshots below show, the distance to which the jetway extends differs with different attempts, but the height is never adjusted. I have contacted the scenery designer, but he cannot reproduce the problem on his installation.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

1.) install Paulo Ricardo’s SBRJ scenery
2.) spawn at any gate with a jetway (Parking 1-8)
3.) operate the jetway, either through MSFS ATC interface, FBW A32NX EFB or GSX menu

If relevant, provide additional screenshots/video:

I have also made a video after de-installing GSX completely, showing several attempts at operating the jetway. Notice how the resulting position is different between the first and the second attempt.
I have made a second video showing attempts to operate the jetway through different methods (GSX, FBW, MSFS native). Notice also that the animation of the jetway retracting is skipped.

Update: I have now succeeded at docking the jetway under certain conditions. Mostly, I had to change the Graphics Settings and turn “Object Level of Detail” all the way down. That alone doesn’t do it though, as successful docking of the jetway still requires the external view to be zoomed out and the drone camera to be positioned far away from the aircraft - I don’t know why this is the case, but it shows that there is some kind of complex interaction between object levels of detail and camera / viewpoint positioning, so the whole thing seems to be a LOD issue. I made a video showing how the different settings affect the outcome, which you can find here:

Does anyone have any ideas on how to avoid these issues systematically? Have you encountered this at other airports?
