Screen goes black when clicking "Fly"

Hi, using a G2/RTX 3070 and never had a problem until the latest update (maybe coincidence). Everything works fine in VR until the point I click “Fly” then although it goes into the flight screen all I can see is Point of Interest Markers, in a completely dark setting, no light, nothing at all. If I switch to external view, I know the plane is still there because as you 360 around it, some of the POI markers are covered by the silhouette of the plane, but absolutely no scenery and nothing other than the POI markers. Have checked everything is up to date (Nvidia driver and MSFS) and tried both DX11 and DX12, doesn’t make a difference. Moved community folder, nothing changes. Anyone had anything like this please?

What happens if you stay in 2D, click Fly, wait until the image shows the cockpit on the runway (or whatever) and then enable VR mode (Ctrl+Tab)?

Same, all fine until hitting “Fly” then just no scenery, everything dark, not as in the G2 isn’t working, but like a blackout in the world. Been using this since MSFS was launched, never had this issue

Re installed everything, no change, depressing.

Same issue here. Have you found a way to solve it?

OK, I will replay to myself: I uninstalled all the aux software I had installed months ago to -supossedly- making thnigs better in MSFS VR: Open XR, Oculus tray, and i don’t remember waht more… and the problem is solved!
I seem to have the same quality than before (quite bad if I want it to flow nicely, to be honest, but I have asomehow old PC), so it looks solved.

Yes eventually. Open xr runtime needed reinstalling then worked ok. No idea why it became corrupted. Just delete it the install fresh.
