Sea Plane variants don’t steer properly in water

Hi all,
I noticed floatplanes in general are very difficult to control when on water, the slightest breath of wind can make turns impossible. Sometimes even if the water rudder is deployed (where available) the plane refuses to turn in the direction wanted as if the control surfaces have no effect at all.
Also it would be nice to have a sort of “anchor” effect to keep the plane moored at the pontoon or simply steady near the bank as it would if an anchor was employed.
Finally once the plane is turn in the TO direction, the TO run seem to have a step transition from when the plane start to “roll” onto the waterway to when the lift takes priority, not something you’ll notice in reality…
Thanks for reading.
Cheers
Rhino.
