Seaplane parking and prevent crashing when launching from ground to water?

I just created a seaplane airport that also has an apron and a small strip. CDT3 in Quebec. How can I prevent crashing when I taxi the Icon 5 from the apron into the water? Is there a crash prevention area I can use?

You can’t. That feature has not yet been developed.

You can, however, create dock parking spots, and connect them with taxipaths to water runways.

But there is no way to transition between land and water currently in the sim.

and with A5, we cannot extend the landing gear in the water, so transition from water to land is impossible

That is 100% correct. That’s one of the reasons I said what I said about not being able to transition between water and land (between meaning in either direction).
