I can scale down the trees, but that will expose the blocky photogrammetry trees under it. Unfortunately, there’s no way to fix photogrammetry trees in areas where they’re mixed with houses. I can, however, remove some of them in more open areas.
Well finally bought it after my post a few days ago and really love the work in many areas I fly. The Highlands in Scotland look great, and I love the Vancouver cleanup.
Any other recommendations for best changes to fly over?
As well, the only area I dislike flying over that I do often is some parts of Winnipeg. Two runway approaches fly over some areas with bad photogammetry trees. (Runway 31 and 36 approaches). I like that you focus on select areas so I thought it could be an option. The 36 approach especially as it flies over Assiniboine Forest and Assiniboine Park which are nice treescapes in real life.
Great to hear you’re enjoying it!
I’ll check out the areas you mentioned and see where I can improve things.
For Scotland, I also have two separate paid mods—Papa Westray and Westray—worth taking a look at my website
Yes. And like many of the World’s great cities, Winnipeg is full of beautiful riverside spaces desperately in need of Bijan’s PG tree blob purge.
In addition to Assiniboine Park, a good place to start would be the confluence of the Red and Assiniboine Rivers in downtown Winnipeg …with its points of interest like:
Introducing the South Pole — a brand new standalone package, separate from Season Enhanced. Vast Arctic landscapes enhanced with brand-new high-resolution terrains, textures and refined color correction. Featuring Arctic wildlife, icebergs, etc. Expected by the end of May or June.
I try to provide as much value as possible! My Papa Westray pack covers the whole island for $14.95, which is often less than what others charge for just an airport. You can expect that same level of massive regional detail for the South Pole.
My pack focuses on the continent as a whole and everything in between. It adds high-resolution terrain, high-quality icebergs, and wildlife across the broader landscape that is currently missing or low-detail in the base sim.
I’ll take a look at those mods in detail to ensure compatibility and avoid any overlaps.
Hi Bijan, first off, thnx for creating this exceptional addon. I’m having an issue with e large area around Oxford Airport EGTK (Kidlington). As seen in these screenshots, a large rectangular area cuts across the airfield and stretches off into the distance. I’ve tested disabling all addons, and the problem still persists with only Seasons 2024 Enhanced installed. The airport scenery pictured is the recently released London Oxford Airport Cloudberry Creations (Simmarket):
