ha, but that does not mean there is some impact, i sure have it too, but its managable,
saying it has no impact is a fake fact.
He said it’s caused so much loss that it’s unplayable. So no it’s not fake fact. It’s reality. No one has ever reported so much loss that’s it’s unplayable.
Yes I’ve said it may cause 2 to 4 fps depending on settings. That’s only handful of users.
I apologise for coming cross a bit harsh. But it’s really annoying when people ignore forum rules which causes problems.
In email or discord, I could easily point you to the mistakes you did so you could run it without issues instead of blaming this mod and jumping into conclusion.
Thanks, I’ve done another flight with standard fall (removed the enhanced UK fall) and with a terrain mask of 30% (lowered since SU7) I am getting realistic results.
Perfect. I will have another version available for UK with reduced brightness of the leaves. (in the same package)
It may have something to do with SU7.I am not running the best GPU here and in one particular area my fps dipped below 20.Once removing the mod I was back up into the mid 30s but the its not having a large fps impact in other areas which is strange.
This was tested around Warner Robins AFB GA.

Yes, I very much feel the same, especially in VR, as the yellow trees stand out so much they kind of shimmer more.
I think the occasional yellow and red tree can look very awesome but in the UK fall pack they are too overdone. I’ve flown over towns where every tree is bright red or yellow and then going there in real life literally none of them are that colour.
I live in Torquay in Devon, and I’ve done a few walks recently paying a lot of attention to trees, and the colours I see are muted shades of greens, a delicious coppery orange, and on a long coastal walk to Kingswear a few days ago a lot of trees that are a kind of ghostly grey/white that look pretty cool.
It’s so rare I see any red or yellow trees, but can’t speak for the rest of the country.
@Bijan, thanks for agreeing to tone the colours down a bit. As I said to you the other day, I’m currently using the winter season and I’m finding that season to be very satisfactory, especially as you can see a bit more branches in the trees than normal, so I’m happy to use the winter season from here on out.
If you do update the UK autumn for next year though I’d love to have the majority of the bright red and yellow trees replaced with a kind of coppery orange colour as that is overwhelmingly what I see in real life in England.
There will new techniques and new method and new sources to do colors from now on.
I will be using “Live Cam” video feeds which is available in many countries to match trees and colors as much as possible. This way I can apply colors based on real time on every location. This would work great for fall season as the colors keep changing. I can updates colors every 2 to 3 weeks as they change.
Wow that sounds amazing Bijan! it must be very difficult to get the autumn trees right seeing as they are probably different in every region.
Don’t overwork yourself though!
I am the same. It seems it has taken a flight simulator, a tree mod, in virtual reality, to make me appreciate nature I have walked past my entire life ![]()
Matching with webcams sounds very good indeed
If you are revisiting the enhanced fall season, I wondered if you could also check on LODs (if you have access to that?) With that pack it is particularly noticeable that blocks of trees are all green at long range, but then slowly morph to red or yellow as they get closer. I am not sure if this changed with the Asobo LOD changes on SU6. Many thanks!
Haha totally! I had the same experience flying around my home town and areas and seeing giant buildings that didn’t exist, only to go on to Google maps and look at the satellite views and find that they did, I’ve just been walking or driving past them oblivious to their existence for the past forty years!
I had Fall N & Spring S Season and Spring N & Fall S Season…
Now with Black Friday Sales I have the last one: Summer N & Winter S Season
Using webcams for reference opens a whole new can of worms, since many webcams can’t be trusted to provide an accurate representation of reality due to a ton of variables (improper white balance, exposure, saturation etc.).
All is needed is know if the trees have turned yellow orange or red.
5 to 10% lighter or darker won’t make a huge difference.
That also won’t be an issue to see what types of trees there are in the area.
@bijanstudio May I ask when we could expect Winter Season on Xbox ? Thanks in advance for your response
It’s already been submitted to Microsoft. Hopefully they will release it within a week or two.
Thanks.
Any chance the Summer Worldwide version is coming back ?
That has been available on simmarket for a while.
