Second Monitor for charts, siembrief, etc

Can I inject a peripheral question in here regarding performance? I have a meager 1080ti, which does pretty well running the sim along with some of the things I do in the background during flight- such as run charts, check wx, watch or record videos, etc.

If I added a 2nd monitor for those odds-and-ends, would that eat performance, or would it essentially remain the same as I’m experiencing now? I really can’t upgrade for a few weeks at least (based on card availability and such), so I need to be careful with what kind of stress I throw at my system.

I have a 1080Ti . I have a 4K monitor for my main sim view (connected via one of the display port outputs), and a standard monitor connected to the same card (via HDMI). It works fine. No performance impact that I can see.
