See other players on map in game?

Is there a way to see other players when ur in game on a map? They don’nt appear on my VFR…

You can see tags in the sky but nothing in Garmin. So friends only appears in the planning map.

I guess he’s talking of the V-map. I also wonder why this isn’t possible. This map could be improved a lot. Of course other players should be (optionally) visible. Also frequencies and identifier for navaids and airports.

Im fairly sure i have seen players on the garmin - i believe they have to squawk though which many dont.
