Very high ISA temps at FS410 - switch to clear skies - all ok

I’m having the same problem. Temperatures are too high on cruise level in some areas. Sometimes the temperatures are correct like -40 but they suddenly go up to +40 and then go back to -40 making the airplane go crazy on altitude and speed. I think this is a problem server related i never saw anything like this before. My internet speed is 300mb down 150 up. Even textures take long to load or they load to sudden when you approach a lot.
