Which percentages seem to work for you?
because you wrote nothing about your hardware, nobody can give you an related answer…
As Example:
My Thrusmaster Setup is quit good and I nowhere need a dead-zone. But I just assume you have not the same rudder, pedals, joy…
upd: I forgot , for the “thrustmaster pendular rudder” is set it to 2%… to have small area to move my feets
For my Honeycomb Yoke I’ve used a decrease of 5% in sensitivity, but it really depends on what your set-up is - if you listed that we could better help you.
Can someone explain what is deadzone in this case?
where your movement is not forwarded to the application
upd: example ( not real ! )
if I move my joy in around 40%, it is not noticed by MSFS… just as not a movement ( is e.g. to avoid to much sensitifity arount the Point-Zero )
Got it, like freeplay in steering wheel
5% for my Logitech Pro. BUT… I find much improvement when scaling down the elevator_effectiveness on certain aircraft. Using 0.6 or 0.7 is a much better experience for my yoke. Unfortunately, every time there’s an update, the cfg has to be edited again.
you can create profiles, should be possible to create one for each aircraft ( but usabilty need “bit” optimized, it can not bind to a specifiy aircraft and switching each devices seperatly is also bit… let us stay with the political correct “can be optimized” )
