Sensitivity of Alpha for PMDG 737

Hi,

what’s your sensitivity of Alpha for PMDG 737. (L-AXIS Y)?
I’ve many issues with VS after Take Off.
I’ve with slightest move a VS between 1500 and 4000.
Can’t hardly control without AP.
I tested everything settings.

Sensitivity + -29%
Dead Zone 4%
Extremity Dead Zone 0%
Reactivity 100%
