In the current version of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, when tooltips for buttons, switches, and instruments are disabled, the tooltips for the exterior walk around outside preflight inspection are also disabled.
Please add an additional option to separately enable or disable tooltips for the exterior inspection process.
This would be very useful.
Currently it’s not possible to have external tooltips enabled and cockpit instruments tooltips disabled.
For example, in visual inspection, tooltips are useful as they show the level of wearing of a part.
But inside the plane, for me, they are not needed.
The problem is the same setting controls the visibility of both tootips.
So what I must do: in the visual inspection, i go to settings and enable them.
When inside the plane, I have to go to settings again in order to disable them.
