OK I’m in the beta but as this feature is not listed by NVidia for MSFS it’s probably not specific and although the boost is not major it is noticeable.
NOTE It will only work on 3 and 4 series gpu’s and even then only out of the box for the rtx3060, any higher and you need a small download from Nvidia. Or so I gather.
To use enable Resizable Bar AND Above 4G Decoding in bios, you can then check if it’s enabled in System Information in NVCP.
As always remove caps and recalibrate before reapplying them
User Beware: Intel is suggesting that 9th gen does not fully support Resizeable BAR in that their new line of video cards requires it and they say 10th gen and up only.

That I did not know. I have an rtx3060 paired with an AMD cpu and chipset and I’d say gpu frame time drops between 5 and 10%.
You can (apparently) also force drivers to use R-BAR using nVidia profile inspector, MSFS, show unknown, force F00BA, F00BE and F00FF as I have a 9th gen CPU I’ve had no luck with performance gains doing so YMMV.
I’m only giving the most basic instructions because if you’re not picking this up as a reminder of something you already know don’t try it.
